In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 4 minutes.
Move beef strips to the side of the pan. Add broccoli, red bell pepper and carrots in a single layer. Cook vegetables for about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar. Cook until vegetables reach desired tenderness.
Drizzle with sesame oil and sriracha. Sprinkle with green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container.
