Mango Salsa - sweet, spicy, and fresh juicy mango salsa. Eat it with chips or over grilled chicken or fish.

Ingredients

mangos, peeled and cubed

red bell pepper, seeded and diced

(about 1 cup)

jalapeno, seeded and diced

red onion, diced

cilantro, chopped
juice of one lime
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
In a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients. Toss together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with chips or over fish or chicken. Store leftover mango salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
