In a large skillet, brown the beef over medium high heat. Drain. Add the taco seasoning and water and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the liquid reduces. Let slightly cool.
Assemble salads by placing the lettuce in a bowl and adding the meat, tomatoes, cheese, onion, sour cream, guacamole, and chips. Add other desired toppings and serve!
